SOME ONE PLEASE HELP

some 1 pleaze help me
i bought a game called "true crime: the strees of la" and i downloaded it and evrything but when i starte it it gives me an eroor message :rant:
the eroor message say as the folowing:
"No capable 3d hardwere found on your systed, this game requires direct3D compatible hardware that support either t&l or vertex and pixel shaders version 1.1 or over" and i dont understand why i keep on geting this message as i had gta: vice city installed and that is a 3D game and it worked so
CAN SOME 1 PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ HELLLLP ME

Sounds like you need a new graphics card

WHAt do u mean how come it worked on vice city and it still does so y does in it work on this game?

Ya dude upgrade your video card or make sure you have properly installed the newest driver on the one you have.

What card do you have???
