i ahve a dfi lanparty nf2 B motherboard and 2 512's of pc3200 samsung ram how do i tell if its running dual channel

do you have 2 sticks of ram or just 1?

if you have 2 sticks you have to place them in the first and 3rd sockets.i have a lanparty 875 and thats the way i put my sticks .

it also tells you when you boot up your pc if you have single or dual channel.

Yes what he said above. if you have a stick of ram(one in each channel dimm slot) your mobo should auto detect that your using dual channel mode. and yes it should say upon bootup if its in dual channel mode, press the pause key to freeze screen so you can get a look cause it may only pop up real quickly.
