Eve online CD key

Hello,
i just signed up and am new here.

I was reading up on my favorite game eve online. when i foun dout there is a CD key for a 14-day trial i got excited and got the cd key, but the internet cut off

when that happend. now when i click on it again, it says i already have it. which i dont. is there any way i can get the same one lost?
