the sims 2 problem

please help me, ve sent a mesage before, im very upset and disappointed, i went the store i bought it and they change the game, but it's the same problem, i always buy original cd's, but after this problem

, im thinking on buying copys, they are cheaper so it doesn't matters if they dont work. please if anyone know how to solve this problem, please tell me, ill thankyou a lot

well what exactly is the problem? your comp. doesn't read the disc?
i had the same problem with silent hill 2 for pc a while back and i returned it too like twice because i thought the cd's were f**ked, but it turned out my dvd rom drive was not working properly, so are you using an old cd drive? if so i bet thats the problem!

Well,

see if you can get a patch or update they have released.

make sure you dont have a worm or virus. laso make sure your computer is updated. if your not sure, go to windows update.

make sure you also have good graphics card for the game(this is not causing the problem though)
