Ctfmon.exe activates the Alternative User Input Text Input Processor (TIP) and the Microsoft Office Language Bar. Its a Microsoft entry. I still reckon its the svchost32b.exe

You can always uncheck all. Everything should be ok.

now guys i'v bine on a lan, there was all fine(never got the error)from this i make up it gotta be something with my internet, but i deinstalled it, and reinstalled, still get the damn thing, any further help would be appriciatet

You most likely have spyware and/or malware and/or worms/viruses.
