I disagree! I should not have to go out of my way to make a game workd the way tis supposed to.

That maybe so but fo you really think you should have to have another pice of software on your puter just to play a game?

Well they're not holding a gun to your head, no one is forcing you to play their game. If you do however want to play their game then you have to jump through the hoops they impose on you in order to do so. Right now the Steam servers are using 10,310 MBps of bandwidth that is a HUGE amount of bandwidth. Give it a couple of days my guess is that it will clear up. [/b][/quote]
What does bandwidth have to do with playing offline?
Now you can disconnect once you've started game; like hit standby on cable modem.

Also if they were not using bandwidth to start SP
then I imagine unlock would go smoother.
