pls i really need help.well i read all the forum i can read but its still not working....my system info is:
name: matrox graphics millinnium
chip type: MGA-2164W
system module:TD250
processor: Intel Pentium 2 processor ~130MHz
memory: 128 mb RAM

please can someone help.....i dont noe what to do...i also dont know what kind of card im suppose to download

im not entirely sure what you want, but im assuming you're looking for drivers to your video card.

go and download this. you might have to reboot into safe mode before you install them, but since im not entirely sure you know how you could try installing it right off the bat :X

if you're running windows 2000 or windows xp then get this instead

oh, and your system in general is too slow for the game, but hey

My advise is: get a new computer

Your computer is way oudated and will not be able to run the sims 2... EVER!

and if you are willing to buy a new computer I think the guys here can help you out

there not much more I can say

EDIT: I assumed you wanted to know if/why sims 2 doesn't work, cus you gave it as topic description, please specify the question, I think you'll get a much better anwser

130MHz Pentium 2's DO NOT exist! LOL, I think its safe to assume that its way below the recommended spec tho... whatever his CPU is...?

matrox makes work cards not gaming cards. Exellent signals -> picture quality but very weak on 3D and I dunno if it has DX9 at all. i got the Parhelia and it doesn't work for most games for teahat.

thanx fer all the help... but does anyone know to uninstall a directx 9.0c....cause its showing that its been installed on my pc and i want to uninstall that
