Street Legal Help..

I have Street Legal and i have all the patches insatlled but the game still crashes on me, it doesn't matter what i'm doing, saving a game, buying a vehicle, buying parts, Hitting the streets, but it usually doesn't do it when i go to the test track.

Does anyone know what i should do?

I have Directx 9 and a P3 733mhz with a Rage 128 Video Card, if thats any good to anyone.
