No it is not normal and I would consider swapping the card out. Maybe you could try falling back to an eariler cat version or even update yor AGP driver.

Do you got Sp 1 Or Sp 2 ?
Swap the card out ? You mean take it out of the AGP slot and set it back ?
Where can i get agp driver ? is it from the mainboard drivers ?
Should i try uninstall the catalyst drivers then install Sp 2 and after the sp 2 installtion i can install the catalyst 4.11 again , perhaps even install 4.12 beta .... Plz Help Me here

ok,I will try to explain:

1). Uninstall all instances of the ATI drivers and control panels and reboot.
2). If you are using a VIA chipset system, please go to http://www.via.com.tw and download the latest Hyperion 4 in 1 driver. If not a VIA chipset, visit your motherboard manufacturer's website and serach for an updated AGP driver. Install and Reboot.
3). Download the latest stable catalyst driver from ATI and install.
4). If you are still having trouble, try taking the card out of the AGP slot and resitting it.
5). Also ensure you are not running any 3rd party graphics utilities.

I got an MSI K7 Mainboard the name is : KM4AM-V
On the package it says VIA KM400A + 8237 Chipset Based

What I can do is install the auto - update that comes with the package and get the update from there !
I am unsure if i got that VIA thing you said even though its VIA KM 400A + 8237 Chipset based.

Before i do all that i jsut want to add that i don`t have any experince with this in any games besides sims 2 , its only in the control panel.
Also the pixles comes not random but repeatedly at the same spots , its many pixles though.

Please Answer Before I Go On

EDIT: 5). Also ensure you are not running any 3rd party graphics utilities.

Be me guest and explain

EDIT 2 : I tried Prince Of Persia Warrior Within just now when my buddy came by and i notice this :

Does Prince Of Persia Warrior Within run on OpenGl Or Direct x ?
I will try what you said when you have made a confirmation about me question in my first ``EDIT``

Thank You

VIA Hyperion 4in1 drivers
VIA Hyperion drivers are suitable for any VIA chipset and all Microsoft Windows 32 bit Operating Systems. Please read the information about all VIA chipset driver choices, however, so that you chose the drivers that can best be recommended for your system.

VIA Hyperion 4in1 drivers are suitable for ANY VIA chipset - but they are particularly recommended for KT4## series, P4X4## series and newer, for example:

K7 chipsets: KT400, KT400A, KT600, KT880, KM400, KN400

Hello
I have now installed what you said and tried the Control Panel and Display Driver that comes with the graphic card without any luck ......

As you can see in these photos that its still there:

Nothing

One big

Two Small One`s

And one

These photos where all taken in motion and its so weird that they show up in catalyst driver 4.9 and 4.11 i think its 4.8 actually i installed now !
Should I try out 4.12 beta ?
Should I call and  (complain) about the card and get a refund ?

Please Reply

Thanks

Well maybe it could be the PSU or a problem with the 12v rail, but apart from that I think I can only suggest demanding a refund, but dont forget to mention to the retailer all the things you have tried.
