Im shopping for a good TV tuner card but I have no clue what to look for. So if any of you can help me pick one out that would be great. Im not looking to spend any thing over $150 if that helps.

I don't know too much about TV Cards but I am very happy with my Leadtek WinFast TV2000XP Expert. Featuring Stereo, Timeshif, Recording, Remote Control, Teletext. But this one is real cheap about $50.
Linkyi (only normal, not expert). I'm sure there are more professional cards than this one, but for home use, it suits me real fine.
