Do you have a graphics card of is it an onboard chip?

If it's a stand alone card, what is it?

If its a fairly new card, which i boubt judging by the rest of thr system, update the drivers

Isn't Total club manager completely 2d? I don't think the 3d-card is the evil here. Those club management sims demand a fast processor and lots of ram.

That's got to be it then, his CPU is very old and slow.

And if the OS is XP then this is prolly not enough ram

How can you say that 576 MB ram is not enough for XP? The recommended is 256.

I have 512/400 MHz having no problems at all operating the system.

About the club manager, Try lowering the resolution, and up date the drivers and the Direct X (if you have not already) however I am not sure this will solve your problem; these applications use a lot of processing resulting in a very CPU depending game. Which, in your case, is slow and rather out dated.

Windows XP is very ram hungry, most people will tell you to run any apps with XP on 512Mb of Ram or more.

The older the CPU the more ram you will need to take the load off. As you can see, his CPU is out of the Ark so it's gunna need alot of help

XP isn't as much of a RAM hog as most peeps think it is.

My PC at work runs XP pro, and fairly well w/ a P2 384Mhz w/ 320M RAM

Of course, I wouldn't dream of trying to run any kind of game with this

But Microsoft will tell you that you only need 256Mb of ram

I personally would'nt dream of running any heavy apps without a minimum of 512Mb of ram but i would rather have 1Gb to be sure
