Need Help with farcry v. 1.3 devmode

ok I'm having trouble finding instructions as to where im supposed to place the devmode.lua file for farcry to enable the devmode cheats.

If anyone oout there knows where I should put it please let me know.

Try these steps:

1. Rightclick your Far Cry Icon on the Desktop and chose Properties. Add -DEVMODE at the end of the path given. (With the blank space)
Should look something like this then: D:\Games\FC\Bin32\FarCry.exe -DEVMODE

2. list of keys you can press now for cheats:

[F3] - Spawn Point
P - All weapons
O - 999 Ammo
[F4] - disable clipping
[F2] - go to next checkpoint
[F9] - save position
[F10] - load position
[F11] - infos
[F1] - Ego- . Third-Person
[Backspace] - god mode on/off
= - faster
- (Minus) - slower
[F5] - default speedt

ok ty for the help there, I had been typing - devmode but you said i need -devmode i tried that but it still wont let me use the cheats though.

When I had farcry 1.1 I had to place the "devmode.lua" file into one of the farcry folders but I dont remember which one.

Is that still nessesary for version 1.3??

I don't know, sorry. I'll check if it works with 1.3 for me.

edit: works perfectly. double check if you have done everything as described.
