I have no clu what happened but my DVD writer is acting wierd. I noticed something is going on when Nero said it doesnt like my DVD-R, then DVD rom didnt even read my cds. Another thing it switches from DVD/CD-Rom to CD-ROM. I tried to get some drives but HP are bunch of bastards and send you a cd by mail and you have to pay 10$. If you download firmware it ask you to install the HP sotware. I dont have any cds. Is there a tool that checks DVD rom for errors or any tool that could fix my problem? Please help me

I remember Nero 6 has a tool which does that and gives you information about anything. However I don't have it installed so you have to check yourself.

Cool. Yeah i see what you mean. Now i need something to fix the DVD rom. In the Nero InfoTool it shows everything correctly and looks like everything is working properly.
