Does any1 know why GTA games aren't made for NGC

I was wondering why they dont make any of these games for gamecube...my parents got me a gamecube for christams last year n I noticed that they dont make half as many good games for gamecube as they do for ps2....but I really want to know why they dont make GTA:San Andreas for Gamecube...

Has something to do with exclusive licences from Rockstar or Take 2. :/ They aren't allowed to port because Take 2 says it's first instance for PS2.
It comes nearly one year later for PC, why on Xbox I don't know. Plus they won't sell as many copies for NGC as they do for PS2.
Correct me if I'm wrong.

i dont like ps2 either. gc right now is favorite since re4 is coming out.

Nothing like GTA will ever come out for the GC because the GC was made to be the cheap, and cute alternative system than the PS2 and Xbox, for the younger gamers. ALA Mario liscenses.

gamecube is still fun. ps2 dont come out with good games anymore. all i see is ports.

xbox is the way to go if you're patient. Only have to wait another six months minimum for GTA:SA probably.. hopefully... or hell maybe sooner. that'd be sweet.

hey hey hey, if you wanna spend money , wait for the future video game consoles. PS3 will run a fast as a high end pc today, with 6800ultra graphics. the XBOX 2 will run very high, with X800 XT graphics, and the gamecube 2 will run the same . now make your choice, but don't cry when the ps3 comes out with games such as quake4 or sum' other great games, that will cast soft shadows and real time lighting, if you just bought a GC that plays mario party....i say, the better way now, is to wait for the next generation consoles or boost your PC.....
