Or you could check out some other drivers, it might be that, especially as you have tried all the other routes

I had latest drivers for my 6800GT when I played CS. Now I have Omega drivers but they did not help. I did a littel test: I created my own server and played CS for about 5 minutes and the "freezing" problem didn't happen! So....the problem has something to do with network, right?

yeah, what kind of connection do u av, adsl,cable,t1,t3 and what are the speeds?

Firewall Settings
If your server is behind a firewall or you are using a router, you need to open these ports:

UDP 1200 (Friends Network)
UDP 27000 to 27015 (Gameport)
UDP 27020
TCP 27030 to 27039
TCP: 27015 (SRCDS Rcon port)

You can find on this website more info on how to configure your router: www.portforward.com
