Problem with Ryzom Cdkey

i can't take the cdkey for the 14 Days FREE Trial of Saga of Ryzom .....

http://www.gamershell.com/ryzom.php the page doesen't work after click submit....

help me please....

it doesen't work with all my e-mail addres....

the problem i tink is caused by my internet server.... i'm in a MAN... and i'haven't a public ip...
