I try to make a serious post, and I get quoted in a sig for my stupidity

hopefully the building has enough power, if it's a building not used to lotsa comsumption.... bring a flashlight ;)

if you can get a blueprint of the electric circuits divide the power (pc's, monitors, etc) evenly by the number of different ciruits.

around here (austin, TX) people book convention rooms in hotels. no worries about power and plenty of network options.
