i recently downloaded a Knights of the Temple demo. I didnt really like it a whole lot so i went to uninstall and i clicked remove. Then it said "InstallationShield". I figured this ment it was repairing it. So i went to add or remover programs. Then click remove/change. The same exact thing happened. Can someone tell me waht to do

well, what exactly happens after it shows Install shield?
Usually you have to wait a sec and it deinstall the prg. Maybe you scred up the install log so you have to reinstall the game over the existing one and deinstall it then.
