C&C generals

C&C generals rocks!!,I am on a difficult mission and the game is really slow becos of my computer

My computer
AMD 1.4ghz
250mb ram
64mb GeFroce 4 mx 420
The game
800x600
medium texture detail

And it is still quite slow, by slow i dont meen laggy, its like the game is in slow motion, im not too botherd with it im just telling anyone who has near the same spec. computer as me how it will perform on their PC if they ummmmmm buy the game.

DOES IT HAVE TO DO WITH THE 1.4 GHZ!?!
cuz I have 1.5 and its the best comp in the house

and i have 1.7 and it runs perfectly.
but wondering how did you guys get hold of the game????

1: do u work for ea/westwood??
2: do u work in a gamestore??
3: are you guys so fucking stupid that u use warez???
4: go buy the damn game in next week it deserves it

Multiplayer is good..but singleplayer campaigns are poor, very poor...short and too easy. Story is stupid and mission briefings too..and the worst are engine sequences..I want those funny videos from Red Alert back.
