war of the worlds game!

i saw the movie war of the worlds and i think it was the coolest thing ever, i would greatly like to see a game made based on the movie. who agrees?

They already did that game a couple of years ago,
And the Aliens Looked like they did on Jeff Wayne's Album
(wich i have , fantastic artwork inside of that 1)

eeeeeem wait, so I only saw the movie, but how can you make a movie about aliens in huge unstopable robots with high energy shields that don't come down? you can't shoot em, because it doesn't help (huge shields) and you can't fight em really, because one single shot of those babies and you're dead fried :bucky!: so eeeeem, explain the idea, I don't see how it could really work

You know most of the Movie games follow the story but implement different stuff ;) . It could possibly be an adventure game, something like Silent Hill but War of the Worlds style but i doub it.

the game could be about surviving, a survival horror but not a horror, like an escape job.

SEGA's ALIEN FRONTLINE was something like war of the worlds. You can even choose
side and play on internet...unfortunitly it never came to PC and was a DC exclusive.

War of The Worlds could be like a quick reflex type game, you know what I mean if you have played RE4 and I know there are a couple games like this in Japan.

I havn't seen the movie so I can't really give examples but you would have to press a random combonation of buttons to avoid danger and the like. You could also incorporate puzzles and have an adventure type theme.
