Has anyone tried the new 3DMark03 demo yet? I cannot believe that graphics like that are coming out of MY pc in real-time! Truly amazing stuff.

What's your Benchmark score? Mine's 1059

Spec:

AMD Athlon 700MHz
1Gb PC133 RAM
Leadtek GeForce 4 Ti 4200 128Mb @ 4x AGP
123.5Gb Hard Drive

Yep, tried and tested it...

Not sure wether or not 2 register it tho, what do u think interman, is it worth the money?

My score is 1482, not sure how good that is coz the demo won't allow me 2 compare it online...

is it worth the money? well i guess yep cause 3dmark is the number 1 benchmark today.

haha no this is NOT worth the registration.
i mean the first damn game is a directx7 benchmark for crying out loud! :/
read the article on http://www.hardocp.com why its not worth it, i totally agree with them also.
i hope more follows them and not use it, cause this version of 3dmark is a big joke

The whole idea in this thread was for people with the demo version to post their scores and compare them, seeing as there's no other way to do that unless you register.

Don't forget to post your specs

AMD Athlon 1.4ghz
256mb ram (not usre which type of ram, i think ddr)
GF 4 mx 420.

It says it can only do 1 of 4 tests but it cant even do that!... it just crashes after loading up the 1st game...i think its my crappy graphics card, can any1 give me and explanation.

i got around 1170 or something.
got a tbird 1400 at 1470 (163fsb)
a gf3 ti200 at 245/545 and 384mb ddr sdram.
msi kt400 with the via 4.45 except the agp driver which is the 4.43 since the 4.45 agp driver blows ;/
using the 42.51 detonator.
havent tried any other drivers, but like always i could problary get a few points more with some and a few points less with some.
so people shuld write which detonators they are using also if using a nvidia card

3dmark03 is a pretty benchmark, but I'm pretty sure the majority will still use 01 and games like quake 3, ut2003, serious sam, commanche 4 etc..

thats right, 3DMARK03 needs a steep Graphic card.

The Geforce 4 mx 440 doesnt work on 3dmark03 and we are still waiting for a patch. The Ati radeon 8500 also doesnt work with the first demo ( blank screen)
