Doom 3 1.3 Patch problem !

Hi guys!
I installed the Doom 3 1.3 patch from id's website but i have a problem.It's asking for a cdkey.I have a cdkey of Doom3 but it's bot working...Are there anyone who can give me suitable cd key for Doom 3 1.3 patch ?

No. Nobody will give you key. If you have problem with patch, contact with Customer Support.

You shouldnt be allowed to even play doom 3 with a question like that :/
