I want to play a good First-Person RPG with decent Directx8.1+++ graphics and decent mod support. Is Morrowind the only good one out there?

The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion

this game is gonna rock your socks. however, its not out yet (about 22nd of november, somewhere near the Xbox 360 release, and in Europe you should get it at the 2nd of december
