editing my save file

i have tried to edit my profile save and enter in a score of 40 for my rifle qualification and then i save it but when i log in as my name it doesnt let me into sniper school. i have completed the infantry training but it still wont let me in. why does it go back to the original rifle score when i log in. can anybody help me?

I would rather play barbie than a game by the "American Army" name, anyway I heard nothing about editing save files and there should be no tool available for it... hope you made a back-up.
