isnt the health thing in cod 2 weird? its pretty hard to die in the game... in like 4 hits, your screen gets all vainy and red, but in like 3 seconds later, your cool down again.! and then it starts all over again! WEIRD!!1111 or am i just doind something wrong

Nope, it's pretty stupid actually. They didn't wanted to put in Medi packs so they did the self healing thingy. Better would have been a medic running around or so but I guess that's all they got. Looks like the alliance got their hands on the German ÜberSoldat and gave their homies a slice of the cake

Heh, it was put in to make the game simple enough for 'non/casual-gamer' 360 players. Like the recovery systems in gaylo and the getaway etc. That Stubbs demo had it too. R6 will probably have it soon. :P Games should start having 'gamer' and 'non-gamer' ratings on the box now as well as age ratings.

This Game is Rated PRO and that game is Rated n00b. Would be cool if they release 2 versions of a game too.

in the PRO version you don't even get a gun. all you can do is dive jump and roll on the groung. If you get the director's cut version you can watch your team mates shooting. too pro for ya? B)

It ruins the game completely. You dont have to worry about charging into a room or building, because your safe in the knowledge that if you duck down and hide behind something secure for 4 seconds you are back to a satisfactory amount of health to dodge the incoming shots/grenades and casually look around and shoot some more boring NPCs.

COD2 - Should be called CON2... Hang on.. No that sounds better! COD2: Gaypad Edition more like!

Well to be fair, even though it's simple and nothing groundbreaking, it was fun for a short while. And you can tell they've put in a lot of work to create detailed and atmospheric visuals and sound. The Stalingrad level was right out of Enemy at the Gates. :P It'd be worth getting when it's cheap just to see what it can do. IGN giving it game of the year though was just ridiculous. I had more fun with Quake 4 tbh. Actually I'm playing through Q4 again now I have OpenAL support for my sound card, woohoo! Echo...echo...
