Anyone know of a free good MMORPG?

Guild Wars is the best. it is expensive ($50 at the store even though it's one year old), but no monthly charge, and in my experience there are always guilds recruiting so it is easy to join a guild...

Some people like Runescape (which is completely free), it is totally a java game, but it has nice 3d engine that you can rotate around and zoom in on....

Also play Ogame, a sci-fi based real-time strategy game, but it's no graphics it's mostly test based and simple pictures...

That's all I can think of right now...

Yeah I have Guild Wars... But it just got really boring for me. I'm going to check out KalOnline

Oh, you might like SilkRoad online... iT is completely free. ALso has some nicer graphics for a completely free game...

The artwork in the game is very "oriental/asian" theme...

It's cool to look at some of the monsters and dragons, I have never seen anything like them b4!

just tryed silkroad, its ok when you can log on, then the lag is huge.
lvl 10 so far.

lower your video settings. Its kind of fun in the begining but then it just dies when you get like .01% per kill or even less.

i play Knight Online, its totaly free and good fun. And Anarchy online is now free. Try this site ,maybe you will find something interesting: http://www.mu.xp.pl/. Its not in english but tere are links to many MMORPG's
