It is specifically designed for it and the new ATI models. I think you will find that on the box it will say Supports Nvidia SLI and ATI Crossfire. Out of the box it has the most advanced GFX engine to date and actually requires an Nvidia 7x00 or Radeon x1x00 to enjoy full details at native TFT resolutions. If you have anything below a 16 pipeline card, you will struggle with details.

:thumbup: Sorry, I don't believe it. The 7900GTX is essentially a 7800GTX fabricated on a 90nm process instead of 110nm. This allows for higher clocks, lower operating temperatures and decreased power consumption. The actual featureset and drivers are identical. If they held it back it was only to allow for detection of Quad SLI in the engine, thats all it could possibly be, but if its Nvidia SLI and ATI Crossfire aware, then it should lookup that to the driver aswell...
