Crysis ... it was kinda fun to me, a little short though.
Any of the UT series ... though I don't care much for UT3
Call of Duty4 cc

yeah definitely FEAR and all the Half Lifes are amazing.

as for console shooters:
Resistance (way underrated game)
Halo(s)
Call of Duty (2,4)
Orange Box (if you didn't get it for PC)
