Metal Combat review

new game rumored to be coming out this month actually.. Metal COmbat. has anyone heard anything about ityet? i've been waiting for a long time for a good fighting game to come out on PC.. and this isthe only one i've found in a while.. i've found some screeenshots & trailers, and it looks pretty cool to me.. but i was wondering if anyone has heard anything else about it??

ARG, that's the game with the 50hours in game trailers where nothing happens. and it looks pretty lame to be honest. It's the "Rise of Robots" of the 21st century...only without the graphics und cutscenes of RoB, but is just as much the "art de exellent":

kamisori--- did you see the previews for it on G4 by any chance? b/c it actually looked a lot more impressive when they showed it on there. so i'm hoping the game turns out to be even better then what we're seeing on GameTrailers, although i still think it looks pretty good on there.

The junk yard comes to life in this new excitmentfilled, action packed game. Graphics are not from this world all you need is 64mb of ram, direct x 7.1, and this is shit?!

I have never seen a game like this one. You know the thought of metal junk coming to life and doing a tekken rip off is just not my thing.

this sucks.

what are you talking about?! this game looks totally original.. i think the whole concept of junkyard fighting w/ those funky metal dudes is awesome! it beats playing just another man-on-man fighting game... :thumbup:

At the end of the day everyone has there own thing, a certain thing that float there boat. Hey i still like playing old games that look crap in comparisson with todays standards of visuals. On the other hand i played the demo of Prey the other day and was blown away. The visuals were cranked up and i was impressed with that and the gameplay. Thats what its all about
