The demo is also available here. I really enjoyed the demo and any action/rpg should give it a shot

* Use of vertex and pixel shaders.
* Revolutionary technology of building modeling based on degrading 3D models.
* View in “Free Camera” mode
* Harmonic combination of 3D and 2D elements

Main game features:

* Seemless combination of two genres RTS and RPG with a possibility to combine or choose in-between.
* Massive battles of armies of many thousand units.
* Four unique races. Individual skills, spells and artifacts.
* 12 heroes, 12 neutral races, 100 different units and 150 different buildings.
* Over 150 magic items and more than 100 spell types.
* Peculiar and captivating campaign storyline created by a renowned author Ilya Novak.
* Original magic system based on cards with spells equally interesting to any kind of player. Over 50 spell cards.

In terms of gameplay mechanics, what games would you compare it to?

We thought about this question many times. But if to take into considaration that we have here a new RTS vs RPG genre and PRG part is not just an addition but one of the main parts, it is possible to say that there is no game to compare with. We can only compare RPG and RTS parts with other games.

The first thing that strikes me about the screenshots is the great vibrance of the colors. A lot of similar games tend to use a somewhat limited palette in each area, so I for one was pleasantly surprised. Also the official trailer makes me think of the LOTR series. Could you talk a bit about the art direction and how it compares to the LOTR movies?

Surely we can't avoid some influence of the great fantasy movies and games, but we are trying to make something new, as we understand the fantasy world. If to say about the graphics, our aim is to create a rich picture on the screen of the player, let him feel satisfaction playing the game.

Ok, so how about some funny "blooper" stories from the development?
