According to this blog Microsoft vista still has 27.000 bugs left. I am starting to wonder wether I should wait atleast a half year after launch before I purchase it, just getting it for Crysis and a dx10 card seems a bit over the top for now.

you really should wait for vista...
btw all those screens you see now from crysis are still directx9 right? read somewhere, something about all the movies you're seeing right now is still directx9...

Yeah, some adapted version of directx 9. I am sure that Crysis will run on xp too. I am just wondering wether buying vista early will give me benefits, or will just give me an headache.

I really don't care if they have bugs, it just gives mac assholes and linux users a reason to flame windows. If you think about it, nearly all of the mac users crapped their pants when they were able to emulate windows, because windows is that much better than any mac os. If there are bugs initially, they will be squashed and windows will still own the industry.
