Battlefield 2142 beta

What the ^*&%#@!! I for one am not real happy about this. I have be patiently waiting to play the beta since I heard about it months ago and after all the waiting, it will be a paid beta thing. I could just scream. I know it will probably end up on a torrent or open after a period of time but, it still pisses me off!

Any thoughts?

f***planet sucks, how many balls do they suck to get these beta's? I think alot to be honest, bunch of man whores :P
But i think lotsa torrents, scene releases will come anyway, especially since its the f***planet founding stuff

Here is a pattern
BF, 2 expansions, Bf that's gona suck, Bf, 2 expansions, Bf that's gona suck.

BF 1942, Road to Italy and Secret weapons, BF: V, BF 2, Special forces and Booster packs essentially equavalent of an expansion, BF 2142.

so basicly BF 2142 is gona suck just like BF: V, looks like it's gona sucks, and it feels like it's gona suck.

BF2 was not a high point on my game radar. I was really looking forward to the BF2142 beta though

I am guessing you liked V because it was much easier to fly the helos? To this day, my freinds and myself play BF1942 with mods. The massive map size and heigth of the maps made it alllll goood. None of the games that followed even came close.

What the f**k is the world coming to? First EA expects gamers to fork over $20 for a pay-per-view commercial of Madden '07. Now they expect gamers to pay for a chance to beta test their software? Oh pleeeeeease let me help you fix bugs in your software. I know you guys are hard up for cash, so it's the least I can do to help you get back on your feet.

Where does it end? Will they next ask us to pay for screenshots of upcoming games? Anyone stupid enough to pay for this deserves to have all the money sucked out of their bank account. Oh yeah...and kiss my ass, f***planet.
