I think it is cyberpunk-ish.

Also, it may only be free till the beginning of next year so hurry up if you want to try it.

Mind you, its been a while since I looked at this game so I'm not entirely sure of my answer.

Yeah it's a cyberpunk / sci-fi based mmorpg made by some guys in Norway (woot!)
