Follow the links to the conventions they say they will be exhibiting at. Some of those convention sites allow you to see the list of exhibitors. Notice that the Phantom does NOT show up in those lists.

I gotta commend the guy on his work though. It's elaborate enough to SEEM real, but it's virutally saturated with hints that it IS a hoax. Even the name of the console suggests it's not real. Two thumbs up for creativity. Â*

We should be accreditated press and we still got nothing from them yet (* E3 *).

Anyway this is just going to be a pc into a console box.. even more pc hardware than XBox yes.

Fake or not, it looks ugly (not the pad though).
