Rappelz?

Has anyone heard of Rappelz (rappelz.gpotato.com)?

I tried to get in their closed beta test but I was too late.
It is supposed to start Open beta on October 2nd.

They are supposed to have pets and mounts and dungeons.

It is supposed to be free to play, though the Hong Kong version is pay to play.

Has anyone tried it?
