No. They have said the the consoles just do not have what it takes to run the game.

As far as far cry goes, i think the rest is right. Crysis probably the one we are talking about. The Max Payne 3 is hype is, as far as i am informed, All about Remedy's new game Alan Wake. If you look at the trailer of it, you see Alan walk exactly like Max. i call it an playable Easteregg :P. (ps on MP3 : if it was true , which i highly doubt because of Alan Wake's incompleteness, i would go to the nearest church and thank God himself for making Remedy believe in another Max...)
And are we absolutely positve about the new Prince of Persia? aren't we talking bout Assassins Creed? it is made by the same team, if i recall it right.

Well, Far cry 2 is gonna be called Crysis and that one is coming to pc exclusivly. Max Payne 3 is coming to pc aswell, read it in some gamemag sometime ago and I don't know about pop.

NO! Crysis is Crysis made by people who made Far Cry. Far Cry 2 is somethin else....at least that's what they said. And as far as i know Ubi is making FC2 and not those imigrants in germany
