i downlaoded it off the gamers hell site becuase the other version keept saying i needed driecr x9.0 which, which i already had so i downlaoded the updated version.so now when i got to install it it wont do any thing it just ocmes up with the do you want to run window and then just goes blank

there are diffenrt versions of DX9. make sure you got the latest. And why would you wanna play FIFA if there is Pro Evolution Soccer, god of football game
