Hi I'm new here and I was wondering if there is a SECRET PARACHUTE in GTA: VICE CITY for xbox or pc. I heard there was!

Thats a mod of a parachute, but I heard there was a secret hidden parachute in Vice city?

PLEASE reply if you know about a parachute on top of a sky scraper in Vice city (not san andreas)

I am really! sorry for the double post, soz, but I found out that the red parachute in Vice city is on top of a tall buiding (with texture) on the xbox and pc version but not ps2! and that building is located near a hospital somewhere. I'm looking at the moment and if someone beats me to it, i will be very greatful for info where it is. Thanks
