Vanguard Beta

Hey guys,

One of my friends wants to get in on the Vanguard beta. Apparently it is easy in the U.S. but not so easy in Europe. Does anyone know where Europeans can get access to the beta?

I always fake beta tests with proxies and such

I was hoping that they had set up a European thing by now but I guess not. Oh well... It goes live on Jan 30 anyways.
