Crysis demo

So, since this game is awaiting its nuke's clocking time to finish in order to blow up the gaming industry, I was thinking when do you think demo will be out?

The Crysis public beta is quoted as coming soon. This was on Jan 30th. Their soon and my soon are way the hell off! I would guess that they mean in March. Just a guess though

Don't say nuke and time together! Makes me think of Duke Nukem Forever... and you know how timely a fashion that's being released :P

I definitely would like to see some performance numbers soon. I'd like to know if the 8800 GTS 320 MB version would suffice or whether going to the 640 MB version would be ideal. From the numbers I saw on initial tests, the 8800 GT 320 MB was almost just as good (only difference is ram), it just suffered in EXTREMELY high resolution settings (that my monitor doesn't even support nor could I afford such a monitor ;) ). The price on it seems reasonable too at under $300. The 640 MB one isn't such a huge price leap higher (maybe $60-$90 more) so it's worth considering though if there's any real benefit in Crysis or something. I kind of doubt it though, but I realize the extremely high quality of textures in Crysis.

It has come to my attention that some paid members of FilePlanet are receiving keys to Crysis. Most likely the beta. This would imply that the beta should be out soon
