My friend recently won Halo 2 (PC) in some contest and i wanted to try it. Thats why i ran Game Advisor to check my PC on on Games for Windows page and this was result:


As you see Halo 2 should run on WinXP
also im curious what is 'Missing CPU 2 Ghz' (and im not sure, but dosnt it require SSE2, so it shouldnt run on AhtlonXP?)

all the vista only games run better on XP as it has been shown again and again.
Hey, how is the Avant Browser? how is it compared to FireFox and co. i like the skin you got for it

Previously i was using IE and i didnt know why peoples are using diffrent browsers I quickly learn my lesson when i tried Avant ;)
I like him more than Firefox because its more flexible in changing UI (eg. basic FF dosnt have option to move tab bar), it has many nice features (good sesion saver, saving your settings on remote server). I know that FF2 has also few good features, and with plugins it may have way more, but i never liked to look for plugins, care to update them and all this mess.
Sadly its still on IE engine wich means poor rendering, no security (but you can quickly disable Java, ActiveX and other), no full CSS2 support.
Im hoping that Orca Browser (its Avant based on Gecko(Firefox) engine) will be finished soon ;)

funny, Firafox based on netscape, Orca bases on FF. what comes next?
Well, I wait for FireFox3 as a full verion to come out...I hate those betas.
and hopefully they get a quickstart or so because FF takes weeks n months to open
