dumbest thing you have posted so far. use the PS3 as a PC replacment. you don't even have access to the graphic architecture of the PS3. but you could slap linux on it so you can tell everyone you got linux on your PS3

Linux is just to difficult for you to understand Kami, all you do is post jokes no one finds funny and complain about the PS3 controller which you can't seem to control because you are a gaming noob

at least i don't install an useless OS on a consol for no decent reason at all

You wouldn't know, it's too difficult for you It's just an option Kami, not something you have to do. It does however give you a fully functioning os and graphic driver support is coming very soon. It's just an alternative to Modock's pc that clearly needs an upgrade, he said it himself. He doesn't have to do it after all, for all I care he can buy a 360 and sell out his principles and get pissed when it overheats.


PS: That says more about the current state of this forum then your jokes

SONY won't release any graphic drivers any time soon. and if someone does they will update the PS3 firmware to block it again. otherwise they would have given it out already

PS: GH has never been...well...yeah!

They just haven't had time up till now to give out a decent working graphics driver. It's not like MS who give out crappy stuff, they want to do it right. It's also Nvidia's response to the linux drivers that ATI recently released. Nvidia and sony just added some code to also make it work on the PS3's card.

well lets see my rig is as follows
sempron 64 3400
1gig ddr2 800
nvidia 6600
40 gig eide and a 120gig eide hdds
on a pcchips am2 socket board

so yea i need an upgrade however this machine was bought on a budget as lightning fried out my old system
the same money i spent on this system would have made for a nice upgrade to my old system to the point it would have been much stronger than the system i have now.
but i only have so much money each year to spend on my puter. the good news is that time of year is comming around again.

and gazz you must make a lot more money than i do for 150 to mean so little to you
between my wife and i we make only about 38k per year so we don't really have a lot of money to blow on puters and consoles.
