evasive pcturbo advertisment

I had a report there's a very invasive pcturbo advertisment running on site but I've never spotted it nor being able to figure which third party is running it. If you spot it, can you report on what page it has shown and possibly which banner is causing / spawning it, if the leaderboard, the cube or the rectangle?

please report any invasive ad in general, they're not welcome and mostly are third parties not respecting our wills.

I didn't notice them yet, if i do see them i'll note you here with some information! ;)

So far only 3 people from north america reported this, therefore I'm assuming it's happening to USA/Canada + Internet Explorer users only. Still have no clue on what's causing this

Umm you're one of them and so am I.

I have been all over this site and can not find any ad that says pcturbo! I occasionally get some weird ad when I goto the download section but, I always forget what it is

Hi Ive never been on this forum before but have downloaded from this site and usualy its a good sevice nice and quick and no bad adverts.....but I did get that pcturbo add come up recently.

I followed a link to this site and I think it was a mod for medieval total war 2 that i tried to download. I went to select my server a uk one and all of a sudem a window poped up telling me my computer was running slow and did i want to download their software. I went to click on the red x on the top right of the window but the whole thing was an add that sent me to their site. Then all hell breaks lose my zone alarm goes into overdrive and blocks an attempt to install some software on my pc called "not-a-virus:downloader.win32.winfixer.w". In the end i had to go to task manager to close internet explorer from there. Also dont know if this is related but my zone alarm got some sort of corruption in it and ive had to reinstall it. It all seems to be working now though :-).

Anyway as adds like that are the bane of the net thought I should let you know. Hope you catch whoever is puting that sort of stuff on your site.

thanks... can you try to browse the site a bit and make it replicate-happen please, possibly trying to spot if there's some bad / non-quality ad shown on the page pre-click and/or if there's some ad that is half-load after click which could be the one spawning pcturbo ad?
