save multiplayer?

hi there can somebody please tell me astrategy game in whihc u can save the multiplayer and later load it still under multiplayer. (something similar to Heroes of Might and Magic)

There is only one that I can think of off hand that is like HoMM. The Disciples series. Almost like HoMM
