It seemed ok to me. Same basic gameplay as UT2k4 but better looking with a few things added. Which is not bad but, I did have some issues with the demo that I hope are not in the game. For example, the Shangri La level has boots that give you a boost. Why? You can't go on top of the roofs which is just insane! The bridge map is kinda the same. You cant get to the very top of the bridge nor can you get on the out cropping rocks. Sure these are very minor but, it really urks me that I can't get on a damn roof! The only other bitch I have is the maps are way too small.

Other than those complaints, I had fun with it

the demo looks stunning... all the UT goodness ive always loved. but i would rather have my Gears on Windows....

Funny as hell but i thought the same thing...like in Gears of Windows. Seems to be the feature colour of UT3 Engine. UT4 Engine; everything is red

Its definetly a U3 engine thing and more than likely related to the type of HDR/Radiosity more than the actual textures. Look at Gow, Killzone, Assassin's Creed and UT3.

Can someone tell me what the patch is for? Is it just for 64 bit OS's? Cause it certainly won't install on my PC.

As for the game, I certainly hope the vehicles will get fixed. I got in several vehicles and they don't turn till a couple seconds after i hit the button. Otherwise, it's pretty fun, for now.

If you have the game running, then you don't need the patch Buffalo. It's for people who have issues installing it.
