It was kind of real time. Just to resolve, I had to enter the orbit of a planet with a ship to terraform, and the terraforming is just like putting any other object on the planet. I could chose from a lot of different species. thank you all for replies, but those games aren't what I'm looking for,

it's not pax imperia, it's more similar to some strategic game, like civilizations or something
