Default Rockstar goes PS3 exclusive?

So if we may believe this preview, Rockstar will only develop games for the Playstation 3 after the launch of GTA IV. Is this fact or rumour? Does this mean ONLY PS3 titles or does it mean that Sony got their exclusives on the Grand Theft Auto series back? Only time can tell.
Now we already know that Rockstar is currently making LA noir. A PS3 exclusive game so they could just be referring to that. However, it has been rumoured for some time now that Rockstar has had it with the limitations offered by the 360 and only keeps up appearances because of the incredible 100 million paid for 2 add ons.

Those 2 add ons will be made by Rockstar leeds (GTA stories), a part of Rockstar currently focussed on PS2 and PSP games. I am sure they will do wonders with the add ons being focussed on a completely different platform. 100 million spend poorly it seems.

Looking good, too bad youtube offers such a shitty video quality.
Too bad Stage6 is going to be shut down , I just saw the announcement on that way better videosite just a few seconds ago.
