Well, I suppose I can do that. Probably not the smartest thing I've done since I don't have my router up lol but what the hell the worst that could happen is I have to reformat

If you aren't comfortable with it, don't worry bout it.

I'm just concerned about locating the server by name, those lists can be a pain to locate at times.

Doesn't look like there will be that many there anyway.

Next week, I'm thinking about trying to run the latest MP demo out, if something new comes out this week, otherwise RTCW.

Hell, even if it's just 2 or 3, I still had fun with that last week. Wife will be picking me up a 12 pack on the way home tonight, so I will be stocked with ammo

Prepare to die many, many horrible and embarrasing deaths.....

and remember this:

Don't run, you'll only die tired :P

Oh yeah!

There wasn't anything wrong with it, I was just trying to play the Battle at ## map with the latest build of DC, and didn't have the latest version of the map.

I upgraded the map version and now it works fine.

And I can't get the helos to work for crap. My old stick puts in a continous left input (not much, ez enuff to counteract in a plane) that is deadly in the choppers. I either roll over and crash or fly sideways 'til I get pissed and crash. You can have the helos :nxs:

I have had to practice constanly to fly thos friggin things! I must say I am a bit better than I used to be, and it does help when you are transporting other ppl in them. They tend to like not crashing 5 secs after take off

Jets are kinda cool, but seem too fast really for the type of game. I'll give the DC mod a go, but the game seems (to me anyway) better suited to the ww2 stuff.

DC mod seems to happen much faster, so I can see the online appeal there. Anyway, I'll still blow you up/run you over/shoot you in whatever mod you choose :P

Well we will play a couple maps on DC then switch back to normal. It will keep the game interesting
