you didn't read my messeges. AVIs working fine as long it's not in HD or HD ready. meaning if i try to watch a video with 1280x720 or 1920x1080 the stuttering kills the PS3. I can watch DVD and SD AVIs fine. And before all those useless system updates i was also able to watch those HD AVIs.
HD sound is another retarded marketing name because you still end up choosing DTS or whatever the BD offers...and it won't be HD SOUND bevause that expression is another SONY retardo brain fuck
