Infogrames changes its name to Atari

Well, it seems Infogrames has decided to change their name to Atari.
And i think its a good move by infogrames cause Atari is more widely known

You know im not trying to say they were wrong they obviously gave it a lot of thought but Infogrames are not exactly unknown. And by the sounds of the report it is to boost consumer awareness of the brand name. Atari is obviously well known but i mean with games such as the Unreal's and the Civ's etc i wouldnt have thought that would be a problem. who knows im no expert. obviously.

I dont know maybe they just wanted to use the brand name since they bought it 2 years ago.
